Holiday Fun

We've been busy getting ready for the holidays and having some holiday fun.  We took the kids ice skating at Cribbs Causeway mall.  It has a large outside ice skating rink in front of the mall.  Abigale loved skating with Andy!  Unfortunately the smallest skates didn't fit Cole so I stayed with him and we watched them skate.  We will have to take him next year.  We went with our friends the Witlocks and Sue & Fitz.  We then went back to Sue's house and had some yummy chilli.

The Boeing wife's group got together this month for a cookie and ornament exchange.  I baked 4 dozen iced pumpkin cookies.  They were delicious!!  After the lunch I came home with way too many cookies, so Andy took them to work and they were gone in a day. 

Abigale's school Christmas play was last week.  The play was called Landlord's Cat and Abigale was an angel.  It was adorable and she did a great job.

We went to Henry's Oriental restaurant with friends and they had holiday games and music.  Santa arrived and took pictures with all the children.  The kids loved it.

Abigale's class took a school trip to Clearwell Caves to see Father Christmas.  Santa's Grotto was in a cave and they were told a story about the Very Hungry Polar Bear.  After they got back to school they changed into their fancy clothes and had a Christmas tea party.  She had lots of fun!

We also went to the Bath Christmas Market with our friends the Whitlocks.  Over 100 wooden chalets along the streets of Bath with unique handmade gifts, decorations and food.  Check out the pictures below.

Abigale has been sick with an ear infection and will miss her last two days of school. Then it's winter break and she gets three weeks off.   BB and Pop Pop arrive tomorrow morning and we will meet them at the hotel airport and stay for two nights to see London.  Yippee!
