UK Wicks: BB & Pop Pop's Trip to England

We had a great time with BB and Pop Pop for Christmas. It was wonderful having family here for the holidays. I haven't seen them since February, so I was missing them terribly. We had planned on sight seeing London and staying at the Marriott hotel by the airport for two nights. The first night we took them to Harrod's for a little shopping at the world's most luxurious department store. It was extrememly crowded so it was hard to enjoy. Afterwards we found an Italian restaurant that had yummy olives and pasta. Harrods was so beautifully light up in Christmas lights at night and their windows were beautifully decorated.

We cut our trip to London short due to Cole not feeling well and BB's back pain. We did stop at Windsor Castle on the way home. The village of Windsor was adorable with nice shops and restaurants. The castle was amazing with extravagant gold leaf walls and furniture. The Queen was staying in the castle when we visited but we didn't see her - oh well. We weren't allowed to take pictures inside the castle.

Abigale's new Hello Kitty from BB & Pop Pop

Went to see Peter Pan at the Hippodrome in Bristol. David Hasselhoff played Hook and did a great job. The play was so much fun full of music and laughs. We meet a group of parents and their children from Abigale's class at Tockington. We all enjoyed it!

We took BB & Pop Pop to the city of Bath and did some shopping and had an early dinner at Jamie Oliver's restaurant. We also walked up to the Royal Crescent and had tea and coffee at the Royal Crescent Hotel.
